FLOOR PLANS
Need space for a car and a motorcycle, or you need room to park three vehicles with extra storage? We have a variety of designs from which you can choose. All will compliment your home as well as adding property value.

TRUSSES
Trusses are roofing frameworks that have been engineered, constructed, and assembled to give your structure (in this case, your garage) aesthetic and structural benefits. While still being affordable. Trusses distribute weight evenly to create a safe, sturdy frame, increasing the structure’s integrity. We have several truss styles, including those that will give your garage attic space.

SIDING
We have a wide range of options for the exterior of your new garage. The most comon is to match the exterior of the house with a high quality product that will look perfect and last for years to come.
LP SMARTSIDE - LAP SIDING
SmartSide is a treated engineered wood siding that is made in Minnesota. It's our environmental choice for durability, looks, and cost.

- 6", 8" (standard), and 12" widths
- Available in smooth or cedar texture
- 16' lengths means fewer seams
- Comes pre-primed and ready for paint

An engineered wood product that is an economical alternative to traditional stucco but has the same great texture.

Novabrik is a patented mortarless brick siding system. It looks great and accents corners well.

ROOFING
Protecting your garage starts with a good roof. We offer several options for roofing materials that can match the home most the time and a lifetime warranty on most shingle brands we use.
ATLAS ARCHITECTURAL SHINGLES
Atlas are a premium laminated architectural shingle featuring the charm of a multi-layered wood shake shingle without the added cost.

Option — 5
GARAGE DOORS
We have garage doors that fit your style from side to double sided to plain or with windows. Our doors have a Lifetime Warranty on Door Sections, 5 Year Extended Spring Warranty, 5 Year Applied Hardware Warranty, and a 1 Year Labor Warranty. CARRIAGE WINDOW OPTIONS have 5 different window shapes in over 30 styles and are available for single and double width doors.

HEATING
Choosing the best garage heating source for your garage depends on the reasons "why" you want to heat your garage. Our preferred system is Radiant Ceiling Heat for our harsh Minnesota winters.
FLASH HEATING
Flash heating means you'll likely only heat the garage several times during the cold season using a gas or propane hanging heater.
Hanging heating key points:
- Hanging heaters bring your garage to a usable temperature
- Ideal for infrequent heating of non-insulated or poorly insulated buildings
- Not energy efficient or long term solution
CONSTANT TEMPERATURE HEATING
Constant temperature heating of your garage means that you intend to keep your garage at a temperature of between 40 and 70 degrees. Constant heating requires proper insulation and roof venting.
There are two options available for constant temperature heating:
In-Floor Hydronic Heat:
- Takes up space in your garage for the heater and pump system
- Requires a gas or propane line and a vent stack to exhaust the combustion flumes
- Needs several trades to install
- Requires a pumping glycolin through lines placed in your floor
Radiant Ceiling Heat:
s- Costs less to install and operate than the alternatives
- Completely electric and only requires an electrician to install
- "Greener" alternatives if electricity is sourced from wind or solar power
- Dustless, fanless, noiseless, and takes up virtually no space in your garage
